Drive-Thru Estimating

Our facility offers one of Billings’ only drive-thru estimating areas. It is designed to provide you with the comfort of knowing that our trained estimators can inspect your vehicles damage in an area free from the elements of nature.

Shop Office

At The Chassis Works, we offer you:

• Key Drop for early morning and late evening drop-off
• Courtesy transportation within local area
• Convenient free estimates here at our facilities
• Assistance with rental cars
• Client login code to view daily photos of your vehicle in process
• We participate in the Direct Repair Programs of all major insurance companies
• We work with all insurance companies to help process your claim
• We want your accident to be as painless as possible. We want to take the time with each client to answer all questions and find out how we might help you best
• Written guarantee on all of our work for as long as you own your vehicle

Body Shop

When you bring your vehicle to The Chassis Works, the repairs begin in our body shop. Our body shop is separate from the offices & paint shop, so you won’t hear a lot of noise when you visit our office. See our Services page for more information on our body shop.

Paint Shop

When all the body work is complete, your vehicle comes to our paint shop for an oven baked finish in one of our two down draft spray booths. We use Sherwin Williams paint with a computerized paint formula retrieval system for perfect color matching.
